Richard was a truly amazing laying out antic floor , very professional, clean and tidy after each day of work . I would highly recommend using this brilliant company .

Very good communication & service throughout- from initial contact at the show room in Beckenham to the quotation and completion of the job. I chose Sisal for my staircase & landing; high quality materials (incl. underlay) used, and all finishing to high standard. The team (2 on the job) worked non-stop, from start to finish (it took about 7hrs, it’s much harder to work with Sisal V traditional carpet), friendly, professional, left the place tidy & clean. All rubbish taken away. Although one of my upstairs door couldn’t close anymore, after adding the bar to connect wood to sisal, the office quickly reached out on the next day to agree & organise for someone else to come the following week to have my door trimmed. The finish is beautiful 🤩 I love how the Sisal elevates my staircase, it feels cosy and so stylish. Big thanks to the whole team, for a sterling job! Laurence (London SE)

Bespoke have just completed fitting of sisal carpet for us. We recently had a new porch floor fitted by Bespoke Floors Oxted. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable and discussed options with us. A small problem with the height of the floor was rectified immediately. The fitter Lee was friendly ,helpful and thorough. We are very pleased with the final outcome and would recommend this company

I'm so pleased with the beautiful Amtico oak effect floor that has been laid in my conservatory. The overall effect is really calming and classy. I had great assistance in the shop choosing the main wood effect boards and being able to try them at home and then working out what types of stripping to use to create a distinctive yet refined border. Great attention to detail in screeding the floor and laying the border and main boards. Overall great customer care! I am very happy continuing to obtain further flooring from this excellent company.

Having visited a competitor company whose sales rep sucked his teeth and pointed out various problems, Bespoke Floors calmly and professionally fitted our bedroom carpet with minimum fuss and with great results. we will be using them again soon for another carpet project in our house. We have just had our hallway flooring completed by Bespoke Flooring and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The knowledge and care from all the team was outstanding. I visited the Oxted shop in Nov 24 and the lady took me through all the choices I was looking at, followed by giving me some samples to allow me time for a decision without any pressure and finally a precise fitting, both fitters were so polite and careful. Bespoke Floors Oxted have done a fabulous job replacing our old carpet with laminate wood floors at The Woodhouse Centre. Excellent communication and advice on the best solution for our charity.
