I experienced quite severe lifting with the floorboards that had been fitted before I purchased my property. I visited the Bespoke branch, and Nick promptly came out to take measurements and provide two separate quotes — one for an interim repair and another for a full replacement at a later stage.
Darren carried out the repairs, and he was friendly, tidy, and extremely respectful throughout. I genuinely enjoyed our conversations, and the quality of his workmanship exceeded my expectations.
After seeing the showroom, it’s clear that the quality and range of options are exceptional. I’m really looking forward to returning to have the flooring replaced once my renovations are complete. Thank you!

We have used bespoke floors in beckenham for both supply of amtico and also supply and fit of carpet. Very convenient for us being a short walk away. Nick, Gary and team were patient and helped whilst we made our choices. They are easy to contact and deal with on phone and email and responsive. We have a few more rooms to do as we complete renovations and will keep going back thants to the great service, highly recommend! I had a question about replacing some laminate flooring that we wanted to channel through and so popped into bespoke floors this afternoon. The man who served us was unbelievably helpful, we were offered so many solutions and lots of very straight advice. We cancelled the channelling as we left and will definitely be back!

Just had new carpets laid in bedrooms and stair cases. Absolutely thrilled to bits – we think it looks amazing. The guys laying it all were brilliant fun and also very professional and tidy. So pleased we decided to support our local shop rather than going to the big stores which ordinarily we would.

We sourced Harvey Maria LVT flooring and a Sisal style carpet and runner for the landing and stairs through Bespoke Floors and are absolutely delighted with both. What can I say, great service and choice very professional from start to finish. Just finished our laminate and carpets which was quite a considerable amount of money but the trust was built up from day one and would definitely use their services again. Fitters arrived on time polite and very efficient and good attention to detail, clean and tidy.
